After travelling together throughout Asia, three friends from three different corners of the world decided to revolutionize the current yakitori market and introduce quick, healthy Japanese comfort food.

Yakitori may be Japanese for grilled chicken, but BambooTori is much more than your traditional izakaya. Hungry onlookers can watch as their savory meat and vegetable skewers grill within minutes in a custom yakitori machine - the first of its kind in the U.S.! BambooTori’s unique concept even inspired two-time CHOPPED champion Chef Marc Bynum to create a special meatball recipe that is now a customer favorite, rivaled only by the succulent bacon-wrapped asparagus skewers.
