This sleek 36-seat restaurant brings a relaxed dining experience in juxtaposition with the bustling neighborhood which it exits within. The restaurant's name, yuba, a Japanese delicacy of tofu skin, is flown in fresh from Japan along with much of the restaurants other ingredients.
