Founded in 2013 by TJ Lopez, this training center works with everyone from middle school athletes all the way up to major league baseball players and Olympic hopefuls. Their services include personal training with an emphasis on personal, nutritional guidance, sports performance training, middle school athlete training, and team training. They also teach injury prevention to everyone, and character development for the young folks. AMP Syosset not only trains the body but also helps everyone learn the mental toughness needed to succeed.
