After graduating top of his class at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, NY, Brian worked for 2 years at the ever popular Gramercy Tavern and was then invited by the chef Tom Colicchio to help open the restaurant Craft, reviewed three stars by the New York Times.

Wanting to expand his culinary experience he traveled to Spain and worked in some of the top restaurants of Seville for 6 years. Back in New York he engaged in a new project as a personal chef, which allowed him to delight the most discerning palates cooking for high society in the States, France, Italy, Spain and Monaco.

Now Brian has settled in Paradise and has decided to use all his knowledge and his vast cooking experience in international cuisine to open his own cozy and inviting restaurant in Tulum. Designing a menu with a variety of dishes, which is the perfect portrait of Bryans talent for unlocking the most amazing flavors using only the best quality produce.
