The founder of Yogibo had been building his product and his business for about 9 years when a company called Moon Pod started a kickstarter for nearly the same product he had been developing, starting a Yogibo vs Moon Pod war. Moon Pod claimed to be “reinventing the beanbag chair”, but the products listed for sale on their site looked identical to the ones Levy had been working on, for which he had already been granted a patent. The Yogibo vs Moon Pod reviews are all over the internet, where people are discussing which is better and whether Levy is justified in calling Moon Pod’s interpretation of his product a “rip off” of his idea. You can read more about Yogibo’s story and products on Yogibo.com and try out these next-level beanbag chairs for yourself!
