Having lived in Hong Kong, the founders of the successful bakery café Le Pain Quotidien ("The Daily Bread"), Isabelle and Quentin Stoffels have been impressed by the rich variety of food in this city. However, they noticed something was missing from the foodie scene among all those dazzling European cuisines. Where was the daily subtle but delicious treat? Belgian Waffle from their home country was the answer. Wafffle! is born from a simple intention - to introduce the first authentic Liège waffle to the fascinating food scene of Hong Kong.
