Our Mission and Methodology

Velocity’s framework is based on proven coaching techniques and grounded in the science and research of Positive Psychology. The model emphasizes identifying and connecting people with their values and strengths in order to reach life and work goals, and ultimately building strong cultures and communities.

Our approach

We jump out of bed in the morning to show people how to take hold of their lives and their circumstances, and create a more favorable reality around them. We are passionate about strengths-based living, grounded in defined values, and projected through positive shifts in attitude and goal achievement.

Pronounced “LAN-yap,” this Creole word describes the “little extra something” we bring to customer service. We always look for creative ways to inspire our clients to grow in new and innovative ways.

This idea challenges the notion that there are scenarios in life that can be defined as ‘no-win’ situations. At Velocity, we’re not just passionate about winning, but about ‘win-win’ situations. To us, winning is both client success and company success.
