For Many years now I have always have been interested in owning my own business involved in the hospitality industry. About a year ago I developed a concept for a food truck. I have been working on it ever since. The idea is a food truck that sends a note into the memories, Located on a refurbished school bus we have reinvented the school lunch. We have nutritionally balanced lunches that are served from an environmentally friendly vehicle that runs entirely on bio diesel and sunlight. My Keys to success are the extremely high sanitation levels, the consistency and level of food quality, maintaining a competitive price while utilizing social media with the help of the right people. The steps I will take to succeed include first locating and refurbishing the right vehicle while developing a following. I have already built my staff of great people with the attitudes and motivation like I have never seen. I will run out of Boston and surrounding cities so the final steps include building out the kitchen applying for proper licenses then it will be time to go go go.
