The Palms Restaurant is a place where patrons can come in and enjoy a quick sandwich or burger but will also have the choice of hand-cut salmon or steak filets. While the menu cannot be categorized as a particular type of food, it does have one over powering theme - made from scratch, in house. The Palms is a 95% scratch kitchen which means we do not use frozen, pre-cooked or bagged products, which is what a customer usually gets from national chain restaurants.
At the Palms, we make our salad dressings, soups, pastries, pasta’s and desserts from scratch. About the only thing we do not make from scratch is the ketchup you might need for our hand-cut French fries and our two-hand burger - it takes both hands to eat! A careful look at the menu and one will be able to notice a hint of citrus flavors with a soft island feel.
