The Valencia Chop House uses generations old family recipes, the food is delicious and full of flavor. Try the super tender steaks, the fall-off-the-bones Baby Back Ribs, Braised Short Ribs, Filet Mignon Medallions, Southern Style Barbecue Pork Chops, the mountain high Chop House Burger and great pasta entrees like the Chop House Stroganoff and Cajun Chicken Linguine.

Our restaurant, however, is not only about meat and BBQ. Seafood lovers will delight in their fantastic entrees like Jumbo Shrimp Scampi, Fresh Atlantic Salmon & the best East Coast Cod Fish & Chips you have ever tasted. The salads are amazing too.

Oyster lovers will love the Raw Bar with a daily selection of at least 4 types of fresh oysters, Chop House Ceviche, Cracked Oregon Dungeness Crab, Jumbo Prawns and so much more. Make sure to try the Ragin' Cajun Roll with Cajun spice seared fresh tuna. Did we mention their incredible Happy Hour starting with $1.50 oysters!!
