O que é Bubble tea (chá da bolha)
O Bubble tea, também conhecido como chá poba, é uma bebida refrescante, teve origem em Taiwan(china), com pérolas de tapioca sentados no fundo de um copo transparente. As bebidas podem ser feito de sabor chás pretos ou verde, aromatizantes misturado com o leite , fruta fresca ou sumos de fruta.
Normalmente, é servido frio, mas há chás quentes e deliciosos disponíveis também.
As bolinhas de pérolas negras de tapioca são feitos de raiz de mandioca, batata-doce e açúcar mascavo, o que lhe dá a sua cor escura.
E esse ultimo ingrediente super inusitado que dá a sensação de que você está comendo alguma coisa quando puxa a bebida pela palhinha e as bolinhas vêm junto e então precisam ser mastigadas enquanto você bebe!

Bubble tea, also known as boba tea, is a cool, refreshing, drink with tapioca pearls sitting at the bottom of a clear cup. The drinks can be made up of flavored black or green teas, flavoring blended with milk and ice, or fresh fruit or fruit juices blended with ice. It is typically served cold, but there are delicious, hot bubble teas available as well. The chewy, black tapioca pearls are made up of cassava root, sweet potato, and brown sugar, which gives it its dark color. The consistency of tapioca pearls is somewhere between chewing gum and soft gummy bears. You suck up the gummy treats through a special, oversized straw and then chew on them while you drink!
We strongly believe that a good bubble tea starts with fresh tapioca.? Although its a long, exact process, we make at least one batch of fresh tapioca pearls everyday.Bubble tea is a unique drink that you should experience at least once!? It is part drink and part dessert snack, but definitely all fun!
