T101 is simple and convenient but also healthy which caters to the needs and demands of the busy modern lifestyle. Our main products are cold brewed tea, ice dripped coffee and cone pizza.

T101 doesn't only simply want to sell food and drinks, but also to create a fresh, one of a kind environment for our customers who infuse artistic creativity and modern aspects. We also hope to remind our customers to not to be afraid to be unique and also to take joy in the simple things in life such as enjoying food and drinks.

We also care about our environment and the world that we live in. We want to be able to offer our products without generating unnecessary waste. That is why we are willing to pay extra for our cups which are made out of PLA (Polylactide). PLA is derived from renewable sources such as corn starch and is biodegradable.

Cold brewed tea:
Cold brewed tea is the alternate way in brewing tea which involves brewing in cold water rather than hot and letting it sit for at least 8 hours. This method of brewing is beneficial and creates a pleasant drinking experience. This is because that the cold water extracts a different chemical balance from the tea than hot water. The time to make the tea is a lot longer compared to boiling water where it forces the flavours out. Chemically this means that there is less caffeine. The reduction of caffeine makes the tea healthier and less bitter.
We provide cold brewed tea based beverages ranging from the currently popular pearl milk teas to traditional and fruit teas. Pearl milk tea was invented in Taiwan and consists of combining tea based drinks with small tapioca balls also called "pearls", "bubbles" or "boba". This is a new and innovative way to drink tea which is delicious and also fun.

Ice Dripped coffee
Ice dripped coffee is a unique way of making iced coffee by dripping ice water through coarsely ground coffee beans using a special machine. This process is very slow and often takes several hours. This method was invented in the Netherlands, which is also known as Dutch drip coffee. The advantages of ice dripped coffee compared to conventional iced coffee is that conventional iced coffee is brewed hot then cooled, resulting in a drink that is bitter and acidic. Ice dripped coffee is smooth, rich and there is no acidity or bitterness because it is never heated. You get the rich full flavour of coffee without the harshness. Ice dripped coffee also has less caffeine due to the cold brewing process.

Pizza cone:
Cone Pizza is what the name suggests-pizza in a cone. Instead of serving typical style pizza, ours is served in a cone for convenience. Cone pizza has all the delicious taste and flavours of a normal pizza but the consumer can easily grab it and eat it on the go with no plates or utensils needed. The dough is prepared by a special machine that makes it into a cone shape. Then the chosen ingredients are put in, then topped off with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese then grilled, creating a perfect convenient meal or snack.

Our market is quite broad due to our assortment of products. Anybody can enjoy the foods and drinks we offer. Our prices are reasonable so students and younger consumer will be able to afford them. Our products all have various cultural backgrounds which is what makes T101 a special and entertaining place to eat in or take away.
