Strong Foundation invests in people, teams and organisations. We coach towards purpose and performance, co-creating extraordinary individuals.

The Strong Foundation Team has extensive business, leadership development, coaching, wellness counselling and human resource (HR) experience. Established in 1991, we are devoted to investing in people and their businesses, seeing them grow and become extraordinary.

We specialise in Business and Executive Coaching, Leadership development, business consulting, change management and skills training (EQ, conflict, time, stress, trust, boundaries, Practitioner Coaches).

We use a variety of assessment and profiling tools to help our clients reach a deeper level of self-awareness. Including the 360 degree Feedback tool for leadership and development & Insights Personal Profiling for preference evaluations.
Based on a one-on-one personalised approach, we act as a coach, consultant, sounding board, confidential advisor and personal skills trainer.
