Guests of our family-owned restaurant, the Robinhood Meetinghouse, have enjoyed our food and shared their stories with us and each other at our tables for many years. Our Cream Cheese biscuits begin with only seven, simple ingredients, which we combine by the artisanal folding method Chef Michael Gagne developed thirty years ago. His technique adds puff pastry’s flaky elegance to the comforting simplicity of a beloved biscuit – ensuring melt-in-your mouth buttery goodness and smiles all around the table.

Nature got it right with so many foods, like sweet potatoes, wild Maine blueberries, cocoa and vanilla beans, pecans, ginger root, and fresh green herbs. It’s foods like these we select as ingredients when creating new flavors of biscuits and baked goods. We fold them into our signature Cream Cheese Biscuit dough, with the goal of delighting our customers with our recipes. We don’t need additives, preservatives, GMO’s, artificial colors or artificial flavors to achieve our flavor profile and appearance.
