Pregnancy Chef was born (excuse the pun) when the founders recognised how hard and confusing it can be for new and expecting mums to get their daily nutritional needs, while navigating complicated food-safety rules.
The mission is to be an extra set of hands for exhausted mums and ensure they, and their growing bubs, are getting delicious and nutritious meals that are super easy to prepare (This company is talking ready-to-eat, delivered to your door kind of easy).
Pregnancy Chef’s seasonal menu is designed by the very clever culinary team at Bitton (delicious) and an accredited practising dietitian (nutritious). The menu is seasonally updated with ready-to-eat meals that include a range of poultry, meat, fish and vegetarian options. All ingredients are sourced fresh and carefully prepared in our kitchen. Our meals are designed and cooked to ensure they are completely safe to consume during pregnancy, free from preservatives or food additives.
