Authentic Penang Nyonya Cuisine

We bring you authentic Penang Peranakan Cuisine as prepared traditionally by the refined Nyonyas of Penang.

Our cooking is prepared as much as possible with the time honored technique practiced traditionally by Penang Nyonyas, which includes tumbuk (pounding of ingredient), tumis (slow flying of paste over low heat) & stewing to bring out the ultimate flavor of the ingredient. This results in aromatic dishes immersed with flavors from natural herbs and spices used. We DO NOT used monosodium glutamate in our cooking nor do we process our food with microwave, for we want to bring you not only great taste but delightful meal that is wholesome for you! The secret ingredient in the recipe is our passion in bringing you the most exquisite taste coupled with the ingredient specially imported from Penang. We hope you can feel the love in every spoonful.
