Pi Crafts mission is to bring healthy, good conscious, real food: pizza, focaccia sandwiches, and chopped salads, to our guests.

In 2009 the Upstate NY DeVelder Restaurant Group opened a hybrid restaurant concept focusing on wood fired pizzas, new American cuisine, and a hospitality first attitude. Comfort from scratch cuisine using the best ingredients from sustainable sources, whenever possible: selections with no growth hormones, pesticides, pre-packaged, frozen food, or use of microwaves are used. The idea of Pi Craft was born during lunch services at Ember Woodfire Grill. Serving a one size, for one price, customizable pizza from scratch spawned the core principles, food quality, and ideals that would become Pi Craft.
Pi Crafts mission is to bring healthy, good conscious, real food: pizza, focaccia sandwiches, and chopped salads, to our guests in the fast fired, artisanal style. Our culinary creations are a blend of traditional Italian styles with new American influences. We use a new technology 700 degree stone conveyor oven to put out fresh customizable fare in 6 minutes or less. Our focus is on our food quality, fresh recipe ingredients, and speed of service. These ideals, along with the timeless restaurant design will help us stand apart. Come in and enjoy Pi Craft and craft your own masterpiece.
