Parfait de Merrily is a specialty café serving seasonal fruit parfaits, located inside "nanoniwa" near Tanimachi 4-chome Station in central Osaka—just a 3-minute walk away.

Our parfaits feature Japan’s finest seasonal fruits, such as Shine Muscat grapes and white peaches from Okayama, or locally grown strawberries.

Each parfait is carefully crafted with over 15 distinct layers that highlight the textures and natural flavors of every ingredient.

Not only are they visually stunning, but each spoonful delivers a new combination of taste and texture—from the juicy fruit to the rich cream—creating a dynamic and deeply satisfying dessert experience.

Balanced with sweetness, tartness, and a hint of bitterness, every bite builds toward a feeling of indulgence—like enjoying a full-course dessert on a single plate.

We use only the finest ingredients, including Hokkaido fresh cream, Yotsuba butter, and beet sugar, to make our house-made cheese creams and sauces from scratch.
