Paellas Cafe is an authentic Mexican and Spanish cuisine cafe with a friendly environment. It is currently co-owned by sisters Beatriz Cazares and Maria Carcich. The chef, Angel Cazares, has 30 years of Spanish cuisine cooking experience.

Chef Angel Cazares was head chef at Meson Madrid Restaurant in Palisades Park for almost 20 years. Then, he went on to own his own restaurant in Poughkeepsie, New York for 8 years. Afterwards he worked at Meson Sevilla and Sangria 46 Restaurant in New York City. Now, he heads the kitchen at Paellas Cafe, along with his wife and owner, Beatriz Cazares.
