At Open Mind Psychologists, we offer evidence-based, person-centred support to help you improve your mental health and wellbeing. Located in Newcastle, our experienced psychologists work with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, sleep disorders, and addiction.
We provide psychological assessments (including autism and ADHD), therapy under WorkCover, and support for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We offer flexible appointment options, including in-person and telehealth sessions with no waiting list and immediate availability.
