Thai cuisine is a highly
developed art form. Each dish is delicately balanced with numerous herbs and
spices. The dishes vary from mild to very spicy and encompass a wide spectrum of
flavours to stimulate your taste buds.

many ways, Malaysian cuisine uses a blend of different South East Asian cooking
techniques and flavours. The food is tangy, aromatic, spicy and herbal, sharing
many of Thailand’s key ingredients.

South East Asian culture is one
of sharing. In keeping with tradition, we recommend that the dishes be shared
with others, thus enabling you to experience the breadth of flavours
