We are a new Greek-inspired fast casual restaurant created to offer the Central Florida community something different from the norm. Whether it be our Mediterranean-spiced meats, from-scratch falafel, or house-made spreads and dressings (hummus or tzatziki anyone?), we are excited to provide a refreshingly unique dining option and hopefully add value to those who give us a try. Beyond our food, we pride ourselves on three things above all others: speed, customer experience, and employee empowerment.

Speed refers to our drive to provide guests with quick, efficient service. Every aspect of our menu, kitchen, and serving line has been optimized to ensure fast service without compromising quality and freshness. It doesn't matter if you're building your own salad, crafting a cous-cous bowl, or wrapping a custom pita, you will be enjoying your creation before you know it. We know you have better things to do than wait!

Customer experience extends beyond the service line and centers on comfort and convenience. Everything from our music to our seat cushions have been carefully designed to create a welcoming atmosphere, one where guests feel comfortable not only eating but also relaxing with friends and family, conducting business (yes, we have wifi!), working on school projects (yes, we have power outlets!), or anything else. And our menu is specifically built for you to spend time with us however you like. Just want to grab a drink? Check out our iced tea bar or beer & wine options. Not hungry enough for a full meal? Consider a Greek yogurt or any other 'mezze' (Greek for 'small plate') option.
