Mil Kuhn's Kitchen is the beginning of what will soon include a full line of foods representative of Appalachian cuisine. Currently, the company is forming and has begun to sell Salt Rising Bread, an artisan bread that is found in pockets around the country, including the Appalachian region, upstate New York, upstate Michigan and New Orleans.
