Exceptional service and quality results for all of your Las Vegas real estate needs!
Originally from Los Angeles, CA. I relocated to Las Vegas in 2003 and started getting into real estate as a new career.
I have been a full time Las Vegas Realtor since 2004, dealing in hundreds of transactions. As my client, your interests always come first. 75% of my business is referral based from past and current clients. From Buying, Selling, or Investing, I can help you!
I have earned several Prestigious Realtor Designations and Certifications:
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) 3% of Realtors earn this designation
ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative)
MRP (Military Relocation Professional)
SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures Certified)
e-Pro (Internet Technology Certified)
I am a certified Drone Pilot by the FAA.
I am able to stay current and up to date with technology that can help my clients. By using Drone technology, I can help take video and pictures of homes that I will list for sale as well as shoot aerial footage of areas for out of state buyers. This certification by the FAA opens up a whole new world to explore for people buying or selling real estate here in Las Vegas.
Since 2006, I have completed over 250 short sale listings with a 99.9% success rate. As a result of the housing crisis of 2008, I trained other REALTORS on the correct way to complete short sales. I helped numerous clients avoid foreclosure.
I can help you with all of your Las Vegas, Summerlin or Henderson real estate needs.
Since 2004
