Capturing the health and healing benefits of garlic, onions, ginger, horseradish, and Jalapeno peppers in a body of pure apple cider vinegar.

VinTonic: One pound each: organic garlic, onion, ginger, horseradish and Jalapeno peppers shredded into a sterilized glass container. The container is then filled to the top with Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and sealed. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is unpasteurized so it continues to ferment in the bottle and never goes bad. It is shaken daily and stored in a cool, dark location for 14 days. The newly infused vinegar is then strained through fine cotton fabric and the remainder is squeezed to extract as much of the vinegar and nutritional essence as possible. The container is then stirred to suspend and thoroughly mix and it is poured into one quart food-grade plastic bottles. Processing time is about 3.5 hours. It is then refrigerated to extend the freshness. Shelf life after opening is the same as for refrigerated pickles...several months.
