Nuevo Latino Cuisine

Taking inspiration from the fiery and aromatic cuisine of South America and the Caribbean, MAMBO is big flavors. We have set out to push the boundaries of traditional dishes with fresh creativity. Our menu combines casual and familiar with creative and authentic. Chef Morales has created a unique menu from Latin America’s most influential cuisine capitals into dishes that are sophisticated in flavor yet true to their origins. Enjoy specialty cocktails in our lounge – Flavored Mojitos, Caipirinhas, Margaritas, and Pina Coladas as well as a great wine list.

MAMBO’s exposed brick walls and soft fabric pervade the main dining area with a truly intimate atmosphere, making it perfect for romantic rendezvous or corporate cocktail receptions. The private room is perfect for celebrations or company meetings.

Being Latin is not required to enjoy MAMBO but once here you will find that a part of you already is. MAMBO carries you through a memorable dining experience, as you eat, live, and love with a Latin flair.
