"Creating a Delicious Practice"

Local. Live is an evolving 'wellness-related business' concept - based on on the notion that just as we digest our foods, we digest our emotions.

Today, so much of our society's imbalance or 'sicknesses' come from our stress-levels and dietary choices. In fact the majority of our nation's health care budget is oriented toward treating preventable disease. The good news is that even in this modern world we can find ways to 'get back into our bodies' and reclaim our health.

Thus its the goal of Local.Live's services to provide accessible resources and opportunities to cultivate a deeper sense of health and wellness.

Upcoming events - Over the summer and fall of 2012 Local.Live will be offering a series of culinary workshops and retreats in the Red River Gorge. To make the local.live programs more widely available sliding scale pricing and work trade options for some offerings, so email for more info!
