We started Live Juice to serve our community by providing fresh chopped salads, raw vegetable and fruit juices, and exceptional smoothies.
I have felt the frustration of compromising health for convenience, and wanted to create a fast food option for delicious, healthy food. live juice is where flavor, nutrition, and convenience intersect to yield a nourishing and revitalizing experience. In our house, we talk a lot about “eating sunshine,” which speaks to the fact that consuming the sun’s energy though fruits and vegetables is a key to healthier living. My main goal is to bring the same food that I feed my family to the Concord community in a way that allows “slow” food to be quick. For this reason, I believe it is very important use local and organic produce when possible so that you can feel good about making life-generating choices for your body and for your community. I hope to see you in September! Aryn Marsh, owner
