Part coffee shop & part after-work/early evening hang-out. Specializing in rotating menus of international coffees, small plates, beers, wines and liquors.

Karuselo will evolve over the course of the day from coffee shop to small plate restaurant and bar.

Morning
We select coffee beans from around the world,have them roasted within 48hrs of brewing and grind for each order. We will serve Venezuelan style Arepas with a variety of fillings suitable for breakfast and lunch, along with churros & chocolate and a rotating menu of other international breakfast and snack options.

Evening
Beginning at 4pm each day we will offer our rotating menu of international small plates, ten dishes from around the globe, using fresh, authentic ingredients, bringing some of our favorite travel experiences to our customers right here in Silver Spring.

To add an educational component to the experience we have flights on all of our menus, allowing customers to sample differences between bean roasts or bean origins, versions of beers, wines and single liquor types (flights of grappa, sake, arak, etc), as well as multi-course trips around the world via our small plates menu. (Guided flights will be scheduled on a reservation basis throughout each month)

Our large space will also play host to exhibition & performance artists, as well as events tailored towards various professions and hobbies.
