A new name in the street food scene has arrived and has a real Spanish flavour to it.

Established in August 2013, Johnboys Catering is serving up its own take on authentic paella to people throughout the UK.

Using the freshest ingredients and unique ‘homemade’ recipes, it is currently taking farmers markets, festivals and sporting events by storm and is also available for events looking to create a different taste experience.

The brainchild of experienced chef John Millard, the West Midlands-based firm has built a cult following for its scratch-made dishes that range from chicken and seafood to its ‘special’ vegetarian paella.

Johnboys Catering is passionate about the freshness of its food and is already looking at developing a range of more traditional specialties, including homemade burgers and pizza, In John’s words, it’s all about moving away from ‘processed’ to a ‘great tasting, freshly made, healthy’ alternative.
