Description: As a leading psychologist on the Mornington Peninsula, Janine is passionate about helping people heal in a healthy way. There’s no one size fits all approach. Janine’s primary approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IP), evidence-based therapies designed to understand the inner mechanics driving your distress. In order to move forward, she will work with you to identify the factors, patterns and emotions holding you back from living life more abundantly.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, family/friend/work difficulties, or a major life transition, Janine offers a practical and collaborative approach that works to suit your comfort levels and emotional needs.
