J. Williams Chocolate Company was named in honor of the founders father, J Williams. This signature line of chocolate combines the finest ingredients to create unique and traditional flavors. We do not use preservatives, extracts, concentrates or artificial flavorings. Every product’s flavors comes directly from the source. We squeeze and zest orange, lemons and limes. We brew our coffee. Our salts are infused with complex herbs and spices to compliment each chocolate. J. Williams never uses fats or oils only the fresh butter and cream and all of J. Williams chocolates are made by hand. Every truffle is hand rolled and every chocolate is hand dipped. In addition every piece is hand packaged with attention to detail that sets us apart. The chocolates are beautifully displayed in our unique and colorful boxes
