What is ice kacang?

Ice Kacang is a Malaysian Snow Cone with sweet toppings. Ice kacang is served with scoops of ingredients such as red beans, creamy sweet corn, jellies, fruits and attap chee (palm seed) atop a mountain of shaved ice which is then drizzled with milk & syrup.
