Hunger Paynes is a Food Truck that operates throughout the 937. We specialize in gourmet food prepared by hand while utilizing Regional ingredients.

Croquette (krōˈket)
We specialize in Croquettes; a mixture of meat, cheese, and vegetables formed into bite size balls then breaded and deep fried. We will be changing our menu weekly but will always offer a few different types of croquettes on our menu. Our alternating croquette selection will include: Reuben, Monte Cristo, Loaded Potato, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Sour Cream and Onion Potato, Louis the XIV, Chicken Artichoke, Chicken Parmesan, Mac & Cheese, Salmon, Philly Cheesesteak, and Lump Crab Puppies.

Farm Fresh Sliders
We also will offer Beef Sliders, Braised Short Rib Sliders, and Pulled Pork Sliders all served on homemade pretzel buns. We buy our meat from Blairquist Farms in Hollansburge, Ohio (http://www.blairquistspecialtymeats.com/). Their meat is all home-grown, there are no added hormones, additives, implants, or antibiotics. We will also offer Bison Sliders from time to time, our Bison comes from Quited Creek Bison Farms in Springfield, Ohio. We make all of our pretzel buns fresh and by hand the old fashioned way with yeast, flour, sugar, water, and hard work.

Pretzel Bites, and Potato Chips
A must try, homemade deep fried pretzel bites in two varieties, Salt and Cheese or Cinnamon Sugar and Hot Fudge. We cut fresh potato chips just before they hit the deep fryer then toss them in our house seasoning or Ancho-BBQ seasoning. We serve a sampling of our house chips with every order of croquettes and sliders.
