Kilroy’s operations began in 1980 in Monrovia’s “Bag n’ Bottle” liquor store. We made our way to our current location in Pasadena in 1999.

In 2010, Chef Tony Lancaster came on as a consultant and was eventually asked to stay on permanently.

By 2012, Chef Tony gratefully purchased 50% ownership and became Kilroy’s managing partner, alongside David.

Our business has been in transition since the ownership change as we combine both Kilroy’s Sandwich Factory and Chef Tony’s passion, Hope Cafe and Catering.

Hope Café and Catering has now assumed its role as in-house caterer at Rancho Cucamonga’s “Etiwanda Gardens.”

Our new facility allows us to cater events up to 800 guests in a beautiful garden-style setting.

From boxed lunches and sandwich platter’s to upscale events with custom menus, Hope Café and Catering is looking forward to serving you!
