We offer sustainable hand dived scallops caught in a way which preserves the ocean bed instead of destroying it as dredgers do.

As part of The Scottish Fishmonger we specialise in sustainable hand dived scallops caught by our divers in the sparkling crystal waters of the west coast of Scotland.

Our methods guarantee you receive the highest quality scallops possible whilst ensuring no damage to the seabed which is common practice for dredgers.

All orders can be placed by phone or email, we ask only for three working days notice so that we can dive to order then prepare, clean, pack and deliver your fresh scallops.
