The mission of HalfBackDayton is to grow our local businesses and promote and financially support the work of nonprofit organizations.

Membership is free to nonprofits holding a 501(c)(3) status. Business members pay a small membership fee for marketing and advertising initiatives, with 50% of the fees going directly to the nonprofit organization they select as the beneficiary. (The disbursement of funds is managed by The Dayton Foundation - http://www.daytonfoundation.org/. Member businesses receive any applicable tax advantages. Absolutely no administrative fees come out of the portion donated to nonprofits.)

Additionally, our web site provides a gathering place to find additional fundraising opportunities, local businesses, events, resources, local talent, job opportunities and much much more. Our daily e-newsletter, The Daily Arrow, promotes our local businesses and nonprofits, creating an awareness of all the great things we have right here in Dayton.
