Steve is a born and raised Idahoan who loves to cook. Steve's love of food has sent him all over in search of inventive food trends, new people and beautiful places. Steve has lived in the US Virgin Islands on St. John. Steve then traveled to Nantucket to serve sushi and rub elbows with celebrities and power players while making them melt over his culinary creations. After years of high end vacation towns Steve traded in the white beaches, celebrity lifestyles and high end eateries for swamps, Cajun culture and crawfish boils. Now Steve brings his cooking into your home for caterings, cooking classes or even a sit down dinner for two.
