Exceeding Dairy Product Expectations

America has a new taste for dairy foods today. From zesty nachos and cheddar drenched potatoes to creamy lattes or cool parfaits, dairy is now fast, flavorful and fun.

At Gehl's, we help bring these exciting new tastes to your menu through convenient, ready-to-serve real dairy products that won't bog you down with time-consuming preparation. Our secret is an advanced "aseptic" process that locks in dairy freshness without refrigeration.

How do we do it? We start by blending fresh dairy ingredients, just as you would do. Then we quickly raise them to food-safe temperatures and cool them in a 100% sterile environment - in as little as a few seconds - before locking their fresh flavor inside airtight packages. By simply eliminating microorganisms that cause ordinary dairy foods to spoil, we lock in freshness without compromising taste.

This unique process gives all our sauces, puddings and beverages a dairy-fresh flavor you'll be proud to serve.
