Recognizing the unique challenges and goals of CEOs and business owners seeking to become innovative industry trailblazers, I founded FRESH TRACKS, INC. management consulting and executive coaching firm in 1999.

Before founding Fresh Tracks, I achieved trailblazer status in strategic marketing by leading powerful change at some of the world’s most respected brand-building firms: Hill Holliday, J. Walter Thompson and DDB Needham. Because of my success, I was asked to consult for my peers. I soon realized that few consultants and coaches fully appreciated the concepts and tools leaders need to innovate successfully. I chose to build Fresh Tracks into an industry innovator’s "advisor of choice" for strategic planning, change leadership, cultural transformation, and personal leadership transformation.

Through strategic planning facilitation, I help CEOs, entrepreneurs, and executives from Fortune 500 companies to startups create a strategic plan and clear course that ignites innovation. Through high performance team building, I help them assemble a team that WANTS to join them on their journey. Often, I'm also asked to follow up retreat facilitation with executive coaching, leadership development and performance management to accelerate the effectiveness of their plan implementation.
