In this extremely competitive industry there are too many companies out there that intentionally underbid jobs know full well to complete the work they are going to have to charge more money before the job can be completed. This is beyond unethical, it is outright fraud. Please make sure that you are checking reputations and reviews prior to making a decision and paying a deposit.
We made the decision at our company before we even thought about opening the doors that we were going to do things differently. We will give you a true and honest estimate the first time. The only way the price will change is if you decide to change the type of materials used or the type of work performed. Before any of those changes are implemented we will let you know way ahead of time of the price changes.
All the work we perform comes with a guarantee. Make sure to inquire as to what the guarantees pertaining to your job are.
Additionally our level of work performed is unmatched. We believe in doing it right the first time that way its the only time you will see us (for that job anyway) and in doing so we make sure you no longer have to constantly chase your roofing contractor around seeing when they can make the time to fix the work that was supposedly already done.
