A new restaurant concept, Fork & Knife offers “the future of old school” with modern comfort food for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner and Sunday brunch in a lively, upscale-casual atmosphere with friendly, sincere and professional service. Join us for east Boca's best Happy Hour!

Co-Owners Lee Tushman and Scott Niskar, with a combined 37 years of experience in the restaurant industry, have created a menu inspired by American grilles, coffee shops and New York City diners; their roots in Michigan; and recognizable comfort classics. With Executive Chef Herbert Mlcak, Fork & Knife puts a modern twist on these favorites with fresh ingredients, homemade components and creative presentations. Menu highlights include Chicken & Waffles, Detroit Coney Dogs, The F&K Burger, eight varieties of Handcut Fries, the French Green Bean Salad and Fried Apple Pie Wontons.

The beverage program, under the direction of Bar Manager and Head Bartender Scott Heimke, offers fresh, hand-crafted cocktails alongside full wine and beer lists. Special promotions like Happy Hour and Sunday Brunch will offer guests “The F&K Experience” at a great value.
