Astrid Rojas founded Empanadas El Parce in January of 2000. With the help of her sister and son,
together they decide to launch Empanadas El Parce in September 2011. Born and raised in Medellin,
Colombia; Astrid embraces authentic Colombian traditions in her cuisine. Taking a bite of Astrid’s
homemade empanadas is like going back to those warm gatherings among family and friends.
