Life can be busy, stressful, full of anxiety, and people often find refuge in yoga. Yoga has tremendous benefits for the mind and the body. But amidst our crazy work schedules, we find it difficult to take out time for yoga. Well, if you are in London, you can breathe a sigh of relief. Ellie Grace travels around London to bring yoga to you, at a time that suits you, with a personalised yoga programme that takes place in the comfort of your home. She loves to work with people on managing stress and anxiety, and those who are new to yoga or sceptical about the benefits of the practice, as she believes this is where the greatest potential for the transformation lies.
