We are "beyond fair trade." Half of the Canadian company is owned by the Akha Hill Tribe farmers in Northern Thailand. Organic, Fair Trade and delicious!

Our story is unique. Rich soil, high elevations, and ample rainfall makes Doi Chang Village one of the premier coffee growing regions in the world. Our company has a special relationship with the Akha farmers of the Doi Chang Village. The farmers are paid in excess of the price recommended by the Fair Trade Organization for their green beans and they retain 100% of the proceeds from the sale of their beans. In addition, the Thai farmers were "gifted" a carried 50% interest of the Canadian, Doi Chaang Coffee Company.
