Each visit to Dinner in the Sky requires a window of approximately (3) hours. The event takes place over (3) stages and will be located at The Forks in Downtown Winnipeg:


Arrival at the VIP tent...

•At th Sky Lounge counter:

◦Distribution of VIP identifications
◦Receive your coupon for participation in our Prize Draw (exclusive to our visitors)

•Welcome Cocktail

•Welcome speech and official presentation

◦Presentation on the concept, construction and origins of Dinner in the Sky
◦Menu presentation by the Chef Rob
◦Presentation by the sommelier on the wine pairings, Champagne selection, and the other drinks offered with the menu
◦Presentation of the gift bag contents -, courtesy of our partners

•1st course – Appetizers

•Stop at the safety deposit boxes to set aside all personal items at risk of being dropped (e.g.*: cell phones, purses, valuables, hats, etc.)

•Courtesy reminder visit to the bathroom before the lift

•Now it's time for Dinner in th Sky!

Haute Cuisine !

•Installation of guests at the table and adjustment of the 6 point safety harnesses

•Count down, lift off, and Champagne for everyone!

•2nd course – served under a silver plate cloche

•Preparation and service of 3rd and 4th course

•Wine pairings

•Descent and return to solid ground!

Finale with a dessert cocktail at the Partner Lounge

•5th course – Tray of Petit Fours and digestives

•Enjoy our coffee bar

•Distribution of the Gift Bag – courtesy of our partners

•Goodbye and see you again!
