Our Approach to Therapy
Finding it hard to cope with day to day stress and responsibilities? Have a child or loved one that is really struggling? Do you want to feel better but just don't know how?
We are dedicated to partnering with you to create an individualized treatment plan that focuses on a growth mindset, effective coping skills, and uses clinical therapeutic strategies to enhance your functioning and emotional development. We partner with you to analyze the challenges you are facing, their underlying causes, and provide skills to change the behaviors and thought patterns that are keeping you from being the person you want to be. We will work with you to help you develop the strategies you desire to redefine yourself and get back on the path to happiness, peace, joy, and success.
It is my belief that mental health is wealth. The best thing you can do for yourself, family, and friends is to grow into the best version of yourself possible. Therapy is for anyone who wants to be, do, and feel better as we navigate this thing called life! You deserve to be at your best and we can help you get there. Currently licensed in TX, OR, AL, MA, and LA.
