Located in the heart of Carmel, Crust Pizzeria Napoletana offers a wonderful rustic atmosphere and authentic stone oven influenced by Neapolitan tradition. We also make our own tomato sauce using Stanislaus plum tomatoes, which from the time they are picked to the time they are canned is two hours.
