Description:
Tired of finding reasons why you don’t have time? Just come on in. Your first visit is on us. We’ll do everything we can to make your fitness journey fun. And, this could be the first step to a whole new you. My name is Natalie and I am 21 years old. In my last year of college I gained about 40 lbs. I started seeing changes in my body almost immediately after joining CrossFit HVL. For the past 6 months I’ve really started to see my muscles become more divined and my body toning up. My name is Brent Hardin and I own Superior Insurance here in the Asheville and Hendersonville area in North Carolina. When I started at CrossFit HVL I was on 34 units of slow release insulin daily and had a rapid acting pen for any spikes in my blood sugar.
