Why Circle 87?

Easy, If you know anything about the City of Hull and Sport.

If not, The Circle cricket ground, where the KC Stadium sits now. Was the original home of sport in Hull. Hull City AFC first home, Hull and East Riding RUFC (now Ionians) began and Hulll Cricket club. Which held 87 first class matches (Okay, 89 but two of them never saw a ball bowled and this is still debatable) and eventually closed by the council in 1987.
